Role descriptions

We have many volunteers in our church communities who generously give their time to participate in various ministries and roles. Some of these roles/ministries will involve working with children, young people and adults at risk, and will require you to undertake a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check and training prior to commencing your role.

Please find below role descriptions for roles/ministries that you may be considering taking up in your parish. The role descriptions include details of the DBS check and safeguarding training that you will be required to complete.
