Glistening Cathedral

The work funded by First World War Centenary Cathedral Repairs Fund is now complete and has made continual water-ingress into parts of the Cathedral a thing of the past, as well as greatly enhancing the appearance of the outside of the building.  The splendid work was visited recently by the Rt Hon David Evenett MP, Minister for Sport, Tourism and Heritage together with local MP, Oliver Colvile.  The grant has been a huge blessing and enabled the Cathedral parish to carry out these works  to preserve this building for future generations.
